Negative pregnancy test, but all symptoms

So last night I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. Today I woke up with a major cramp then it went away. Throughout the whole day my back was hurting and now my nipples are sensitive and my boobs hurt. This is my period log as well as when I had sex
