I’m so confused..

Agh ladies.. so last week I was a couple of days late for AF so I took a test and it came back faint positive. A few days later I started bleeding so i considered it AF. I bled for 2 days and still am feeling off so I bought another test and I took it. It’s come back faint positive and now I’m confused.. I’m having a lot of pain on my right side of my pelvis and not sure what I should do. Any ladies with similar experiences ?
