What is happening when you have clear slimy discharge with a little blood a few days or week after your period?

I think I know what you r talking about. I usually get it during my period and I think it's just the bloody discharge trying to "attach" to the pad (if you use pads). This is what happens to me imnot sure if it's the same for you
