Abortion!!! Help!!!

I had this strange strange feeling a week ago that I was pregnant when my nipples were sore, my boobs looked a bit bigger than normal and I cramps almost as if I'm about to get my period but I didn't. Took a test two days ago and sure enough it was positive.

Please don't lecture me on letting this happen as it was a complete accident and I have learnt my lesson so please don't comment anything rude. I have booked an appointment with family planning but the only next available appointment is late next week and I am just freaking out, I think I am only about 4 weeks in but I literally cannot have this baby, I am only 20 and am no way financially or mentally secure to have a baby.

Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get a closer appointment so I can get the abortion ASAP as I am starting a new job in two weeks and obviously cannot take any time off work. And can anyone tell me their experiences through abortions as I am so so scared. I literally cannot tell anyone other than my best friend. - I need help and support please!
