How to remove Tampons, do you use pads along with tampons?

1. I have recently started using tampons, while removing them I feel like, I may break the thread. And what will happen if I break the thread? I'm scared?
Or am I doing it wrong?
2. Do you use pass along with tampons? for some leaking?

the threath is very strong. don't worry about that. if jou are not bleeding as much it can feel like they are harder to pull out. that's normal. also no need to wear a pad as well. but of that makes you feel more comfortable... go for it!

It just feels like that because it expanded and it takes a little more force to pull it out. Even if it did break, nothing bad would happen. You would just have to use your fingers to pull it out. You shouldn't have to use a pad with tampons. However if I know it will be awhile before I am able to change it, I sometimes use a liner.

Dont worry the string will not break! To increase ur confidence just get a new tampon and pull on either sides and you will see how strong it really is!! (OBS throw this one away after) even if it does break (which is VERY unlikely) you can just reach up there!! You can never loose one!! Xx hope this helped!

I sometimes need to wear a liner with a tampon if I’m heavy but it’s not a full pad.
If it’s feeling like you’re going to break the string you may be wearing them when you’re quite dry or you need to change the angle in which you pull it out.
Won’t matter if it breaks, just reach in and pull using your fingers.
