Hey all!
I'm currently in a 5 year program at a liberal arts university and need a total of 42 credits to graduate (each class is one credit, though some classes like dancing and band are half or quarter credits). I have 5 credits coming in and the program is for a double major in a liberal art and an engineering field.
However, I honestly would rather graduate in four years! In order to do so, I would have to overload and take classes during the summer.
So, to anyone who has overloaded, what were your experiences with the process? Was it way harder than just taking a regular course load? Is it something that you recommend?
Currently I'm slated to take physics (electromagnetism), calc 2, biomedical statistics, intro to BME, and an English course. I was hoping to add a French class. I did okay(?) my first semester. I wish I did better. I can't tell if I have a good gpa for my school or not tbh, especially for pre med. My GPA is 3.8+
I've been studying French independently all break to prep for this but I'm having second thoughts :(
