Milk supply?

I'm getting nervous that my milk supply is low..My 5 month old keeps trying to suck on things. Like anyones shoulder, or someones hand. He will nussle his face into things like he wants to eat. So I feed him like...Oh my goodness all day long. Almost every hour. He wants the boob. He will start to fuss till I feed him and after he smiles. But could he not be getting enough? Sigh. We don't do bottles. He has 4 wet diapers a day. Which I guess is okay, per Google. But like on the lower side? He is also waking every hour and wants the boob which I know, sleep regression, leap, yada ya. But what if he is just hungry and that's why he is waking up. 😔😔😔 So nervous.
