Workout/ accountability buddy

Hello all!

I know it’s the new year so literally everyone wants to get fit! I really want to get my body together. I have been saying I’m going to lose weight for years and I’ll lose it but always gain it back and then some. Now I’m a 280. 😢 I really just wanna be like 200 by years end but I want to start seeing a difference as soon as possible. I have not ate red meat or pork for a year now and I lost 20 lbs from that however, I gained it back in relationship weight. No one thinks I can lose it but I know I can! I’ve attached pictures I find very unflattering. Also please ignore my very bad hair day lol.
