Small waist? Help!

HELP I'm wanting suggestions on how to get a smaller waist. I was contemplating a stomach trainer but I'm unsure wether it would work. Pictured is how I want my body to look , the bottom 3 pictures are how i currently look. I am almost 17, want stronger more defined abs also and I exercise frequently and eat a clean diet.

Some of the are super photoshopped. Why can’t people see the obvious! The only way to get a small waist is 1.genetics 2. Surgery or the gold old way, exercise and healthy diet

Don’t look into social media to how your body “should” look. Don’t buy in. Honestly you’re 17 and rocking a perfect body already. Just continue a healthy diet, those waist trainers are bad for your internal organs.

That’s a terribly unrealistic body expectation to have... you look great just as you are, and even more, you could even gain some weight and look perfectly fine. It’s unhealthy to compare yourself to other people, and get obsessed over body image. You are doing great, keep working out and eating healthy. (Healthy being balanced and not “diet”) Focus on your metal health, your self-esteem and your relationship with your body. Fitness is NOT about the numbers, but it is about the good habits and the self care. Don’t push yourself too hard. You’re looking great!
