Trying FSH & HCG 💉💉💉 Injections

I have what they call "unexplained infertility." I had stage 3 endometriosis, so I had laparoscopy. He said the endometriosis wasn't bad enough to have caused the infertility.

I've tried Femara, Clomid and Letrozole. None of them worked 😶

So now we're doing

My husband gave me my first shot last night, and he did a great job 😊 It didn't hurt much at all. I was actually thinking, "This won't be so bad!" ...until I woke up this AM 😣 The injection area is so sore... I'm definitely going to switch to the other hip tonight, but I'm worried about day 3 when I have to go back to the first one. Hopefully it won't still be hurting.

Does anyone have experience with this? Should I just rub it? I'm afraid of putting ice or heat that might affect the meds... 🤔

The other thing is that I'm going to have to do it myself tonight. Hubbs will be out of town. 😧
