prenatal vitamins?

I got these prenatal vitamins and they make me sick does anyone else's do that?

I take Usana vitamins, no upset tummy like I did with Nature made vitamins.

I use the VitaFusion gummies & an iron supplement comparable to slow-fe. Works great for me :)

I have gotten sick on many different types. The gummies have been perfect! Just make sure you have something, even a a small snack, in your stomach right before or not long after. If I didn't I would get a little nauseous but nothing like the other types. Also I have taken them right before bed and been fine too.

My prenatal vitamins made me sick too until a friend told me to try taking it at night. That took the nausea away, or I'm just asleep and I don't notice. Before prenatals, regular multivitamins made me sick too. I think it might be the iron in it so try taking it at night.

I wonder if prenatal vitamins are less likely to make you sick while pregnant if you took the same brand while you were trying to concieve? Just a thought I had.

Take them at night after a meal. Any vitamin can be tough on your tummy. Don't stop taking them your baby needs the folic acid.

The only ones I can tolerate are either in a gel cap form, or the gummies. Those solid ones are pretty hard to digest and they always made me sick!! Idk where you are from, but target has their generic brand gummy prenatals and they are TASTY!!!! I actually remember to take them everyday because I like them lol. This month I'm adding a b-complex with vitamin c to try and lengthen my luteal phase. I found those in capsule form as well.

Mention this to your doctor and they might be able to give you a vitamin that's easier on your stomach. I was sick from mine and they prescribed me one that was easier to take.
