I’m alittle worried

So my period start on Christmas Day and I finished on the 30 today is the 4th of January and when I climbed in the shower this liquid white started running down my leg , this has never happened befor I have had 2 kids and I’m 31 yrs old my youngest child is 11 and the last time I got pregnant I had a miscarriage 2yrs ago, what could be the free fluid?
