Mirena
I am not on my third week with mirena. I had it inserted at 6 weeks pp and didn’t bleed at all for the first week. I have since then been bleeding for over two weeks straight. It is bright red blood and enough for a tampon at all times. I have felt my strings. Should I be be concerned or is this normal?
