I’ve had my Kyleena IUD since August. I’ve not really had many problems with it being my first ever birth control and even though it’s shortened and lightened my period it’s made the cramps almost unbearable. The thing I’m mostly concerned about is the fact that I cramp like I’m about to start my period during ovulation. It’s intense like cramps in the front and back. Has anyone else felt this? Does anyone know if this is normal? I don’t mind the IUD but it just worries me because I’ve never had any birth control before.
