Before you “throw” him away. Have you asked him about? Don’t be so quick to give up on someone if they’re not doing anything disrespectful. I could see it being annoying but just talk to him about it first rather than “throwing him away” smh.

Don’t overthink it. Especially if they guy isn’t your boyfriend. You have to realize that people aren’t obligated to talk to you 24/7 if they don’t want to. He could be busy too. Like, being able to tap on a snap story is one thing but if he’s not able to have a deep conversation because of being busy with other things, it’s not a big deal. They might not be in a good mood or maybe they’re going through personal issues.
Even if you are dating the person the same thing somewhat still applies. I don’t know about anyone else but I personally like to have some me time every once in a while. Of course when in a relationship I love to talk to the person I’m dating but sometimes I just want to sit back and relax and have time for myself.
If the person is ignoring you for DAYS or WEEKS on end, you have every right to be pissed but I wouldn’t take it to heart if it’s something they do every once in a while. Don’t overthink it!
