I gave birth December 30th 2017 to a beautiful baby girl . She was 8 pounds and tore me up . I got stitches and now that I'm home I hope I'm taking care of them right . My doctor gave me the spray and the squirt. Bottle and I use them faithfully but my stitches hurt so bad when I bend down to pick up the baby or if I move a certain way in the bed . I took a look at my vagina In a hand held mirror for the first time and I think it looks ok . I'm not sure if I tore my stitches or not . I haven't been able to wipe between my lips either because my vagina hurts so bad . So I just squirt the water , pat dry , spray the Dermol and put on the women's disposable diapers with a witch hazel soaked pad . I'm just ready for it to heal and hope it doesn't get infected. What did you ladies use to help it heal faster and not get infected. Did anyone accidentally tear theirs? Oh yeah but it was all worth it for my bundle of sweet joy ❤️
