So i think twins are possible

So i looked up symptoms of twins. Pee tests show + before missed period because hormone levels are so high due to two babies. Mine was + 5 days before aunt flow was due. Bright vibrant lines right away in the middle of the day with barley any pee. Extream breast tenderness! Check! Nausia early on. Check! Cravings early on check! Anyone else experience this and have twins? Seriously look it up
