Blood spotting but not period

So the other day I had sex with my new boyfriend for the first time in over a year. Today I had some blood down stairs but my period isn't for another 2 weeks. We used a condom, but I'm not sure why there was blood today. Can some one help me out? I'm 18 so I figured it must because I hadn't had sex in a while. What do you think?
