Bring back the supply?

I need to know what is the best way to bring back my supply? I breast feed the first three months but stopped when I went back to work because I did not have time to pump. Well now I'm about to be going back to being at home and want to go back to breast feeding. What to do to bring my supple back in?

You’ll need to essentially induce lactation. I would start by pumping for 15-20 minutes every 2-3 hours, round the clock. Hydrate like crazy. Invest in a good milk supplement (fenugreek and blessed thistle are key). And if you can get baby to latch, that will help too.
