Brown discharge instead of period

Has anyone dealt with this before? I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, This is my first cycle after taking clomid 100mg. I'm on CD 32. I don't even know if I can consider it a period. It only shows up when I wipe, nothing on my panty liner. All HPT were negative.
