First month TTC/Stopping bc. What is what?
Hey ladies!
So I stopped bc in December right at the placebo pills. I had a period on December 14th. Since then, I’ve been super confused on what I should follow. Do I consider ovulation as if I was having a bc cycle? Because that would have been December 27th. But if I base it off my before bc periods it’ll be this week. Help!
