Help with OPKs!!

I know it’s negative but do you think that I’m getting close?

Glow and Ovia both say I’m in fertile window, but I don’t have any symptoms except for watery and slippery discharge, non sticky or stretchy, feels like lotion. The last 2 times, my nipples were sore during this time.

I have irregular periods, so I don’t know exactly when I’m ovulating. We haven’t tried for a few days because my husband is having a cold 😢
