Labor and delivery gowns!? Yay or Nay ?!!

no but I did spend money on a nursing gown for after!! with a matching robe.

I would just ask the doctor if it's approved by hospital first before buying but yes I've seen some really cute ones that would be so much better than hospital gowns! And yes you will get fluids on it but at least it's your own and not a gown that has had God knows how many people's fluids and blood on it.

I wanted to bring my own but I read something that gave me pause: what do you do with it after, when it’s covered in blood and goo? Sink wash? Toss it? Hmm

I would bring something to wear to keep comfy for if the labor is long. my mom went in on Sunday and didn't have me til tuesday. I wouldn't want to be in a hospital gown that long. 😂 also would be nice to have something for after as well.
