Bloating or showing?

Question

Anyone else super bloated at 7 weeks? I just hit 7 weeks today and yesterday and today I’m so so bloated. Everyone keeps saying I’m showing and I know it’s just either fat or bloat. But it has to be bloating because my stomach was not this big two weeks ago. I just feel like a whale. Does anyone else relate or started showing at 7 weeks? 
I think it’s bloat because it squishy. Wouldn’t baby be hard bump? Idk first time mom. Enlighten me PLEASE! 😭

I’m a second time mom and I didn’t show like this last time! I’m 7 weeks 5 days! Mine is squishy too so I’m sure it’s bloat!
