So frustrated with my husband..

So we are kinda struggling with bills right now and my daughters birthday is this week, and I just found out my husband is giving his dad money to help with his sisters wedding. I get it but we are struggling right now. And he isn’t even going to tell me how much he plans on giving them.. I’m just annoyed that I’m just now finding this out. What would you do?
