cant improve
so I've been working out every second day for a few months now and I've toned up but I can't get half the results I want. I'm trying to increase some weight and stuff and Ive been eating healthier than ever, still. my family was even concerned that I had an eating disorder because of how obsessive I was. I'm not anymore but I miss working out daily. what should I do?
