relationship?

So I got out out a relationship last April after dating for a year, I have not been a relationship since or have been with any guy in a sexual way because I took the time to know my worth & focus in school. I’ll be going of to college in the fall, so maybe I’ll meet someone there? Potential lover? So basically I’m seeking advice should I not rush to start dating or should I start putting myself out there in a good way?
