Syringe Method c

Does anyone have a success story using a syringe to self inseminate?? From what I read, this could help if your partner has low motility, and for other reasons. Apparently, it gets the swimmers right where they should be. Sometimes sex isn’t an option for many reasons.. let’s say an injury for example. Why miss your fertile window if this is an option? Any advice would be helpful.. I also heard the soft cup method is also very effective. Thoughts?
