Gay incest

I just watched a video where a British gay couple found out on air that they are half brothers(!!!). It was really emotional to watch, you could see how broken up they were about it. I want to know, regardless of your stance on gay relationships, do you think homosexual incest is as bad as homosexual incest? Or do you think incest is okay as long as they are consenting adults?
