as long as you had a legit medical doctor do your procedure and not some back ally chop job, you'll be just fine.

In very rare cases, a D&C; can cause uterine scarring which can effect fertility. This is VERY RARE though. 
I've had 3 D&C;'s (1 abortion, 1 postpartum hemorrhage, 1 missed miscarriage)
I'm now pregnant with #2 and had no issues getting pregnant with my first.
If you have any concerns, see a doctor who can do an internal ultrasound and check for any scarring :)
