Cyst on lip

Any one on here whose had a vaginal cyst? Mine is located on the outside where the pubic hair is on the labia majora (highlighted in green) I’m 37 weeks pregnant and it comes and goes and I just noticed it while I was showering it’s gotten much bigger than the last time. I can feel pus in there I’m tempted to pop it but scared I’ll make it worse and infected. My obgyn appt is on the 11th I can’t be seen sooner I’m sure if I go to er they’ll just tell me to shower often and follow up with the obgyn. Any suggestions?
