Last period was on December 4th I'm 4 weeks and had sex December 18-19 about two weeks ago 
I know this is a dumb question but is that person out the equation since it was only two weeks ago

with him

no because the first two weeks you hadn't conveived yet.  you time your pregnancy by the first day of your last period.
