Help!!!! Blood in my urine UPDATE IN COMMENTS!!

ok guys so a few days ago I was laying on my couch with body aches fever chills and stomach pains felt like I pulled all my muscles in my stomach. the next day felt fine minus the pulled muscle feeling. yesterday I went pee and noticed my urine had blood in it.. Well was dark. when I wiped there was a little blood on the paper. so that's when I fiv used it was blood. I am supposed to get my period tomorrow, but show no signs of my period beside a bad lower backache. My urine seems to be darker in the morning today. I have never had this before. what can it be.
