Second pregnancy!

Hi ladies! I got my two lines! It's my second pregnancy & it's just not sinking in! I feel so happy but I just can't believe it! Anyone else have the feeling of it not sinking in?! I'm still nervous! My first born has only just turned 11 months! 🙈
