Hi everyone! This is my first pregnancy and I’m 4weeks 3 days. I’ve been having little twinge feelings in my tummy and am just wondering if anyone else has this too!

I wasn’t sure if it was just my brain because I just took the HPT yesterday and found out. I didn’t notice the twinges until after the test. :P
