Without a positive pregnancy test, it’s hard to say. Lots of women get this as uterine lining or even just large clots.

Idk what I should do.. because In November I did not have my period and then it started on the 6 heavy and huge blood clots I went to the ER twice that week.. in 3 days.. I was hospitalize the second time I went to ER and I had to get a blood transfusion they pretty much don’t know why I was bleeding so much and I told him everything like we were trying everything and they just told me that they’re going to prescribe me birth-control because they wanted to regulate my period.. so I started taking the birth control when I was in the hospital and I’m going to be my second month next week but I started my period the second and it was light bleeding and the cramps already at like 10 in pain.. and I’ve never had cramps on my period in my life.. The only symptoms I had where the cramping on the first day it was like everywhere on my lower stomach but then on the third it was only on my left side and it’s been on my left side since and is been a 10 in pain the whole time.. When I start my. I was light but I was also light clots really really little and yesterday was the first time that I had the big one that look like that but I’m still having a really bad pain on like the left side and I’m still bleeding and I haven’t had any big blood clot since yesterday.. the second week of taking birth control I had headaches and throwing up and the feeling of throwing up(it was bad I couldn’t even lay down on any of my sides  just on my back and I couldn’t eat anything because it was like making me throw up) and decrease in my appetite.. it lasted for two weeks and then it went away and then I started my period..
