Tubular Breast and Sex

Hello! I have tubular breasts and I really want to have sex (I'm a virgin due to this deformity) but I'm afraid my boyfriend is going to be disgusted and tell his friends how droopy and ugly my boobs are. I just have no self confidence and I really need advice. I really want to get them fixed but I don't have enough money and my insurance won't cover it.
