No symptoms?

Hi y’all,
According to this app I’m 5w3d but I don’t really have any symptoms. Some cramping but nothing major. Is that normal?
I’ve peed on a handful of tests, digital and non digital and they’ve all said pregnant. 
Am I just being paranoid?

I didn’t start to get any symptoms till I was about 6-7 weeks. You’ll feel pregnant eventually lol

I've had very very mild symptoms and I'm now 10 weeks. Didn't have anything at all till 6 weeks. I've had 2 scans and all is fine. Some women are just very lucky and can handle the hormone better than others

I’m worried about the same thing. I’m just at 7 weeks and mild cramps & sore boobs are my only symptoms so far...

I’m 5w 6d and my only real symptom is sore boobs otherwise I don’t feel pregnant either x
