Is it too early?

Ok so.... By this period tracker my period was supposed to start today but it hasn't I took a pregnancy test and it came back as negative. Only reason why I ask if it's too early is because I've been having symptoms not associated with my normal time of the month routine. I usually have a little spotting day before AF arrives didn't have that I've also nausea for this past week and that never happens to me. I'm hardly ever sick so I'm confused why am I having these symptoms nd what should I do
