My best friend and sister in law are pregnant. How do I deal with baby showers and gender reveal parties. I was hoping I would be pregnant before these parties but Af showed today 😔 I'm happy for them but I am also jealous and wish I was

5 days after IuI my sister in law who has an 8momth old sent me a picture of her pregnancy tests. Letting me know she is pregnant and wasn't even trying. I was so devastated and I have to hear her talk about it already over and over again 😩😩

I went to a baby shower yesterday and burst into tears. So embarrassing. I couldn't leave either because they were opening gifts and everyone was standing around blocking the exit.
