I went to go get a confirmation blood test done last night at the hospital because I was a nervous wreck after getting a faint positive on a urine test.

It was positive.

This morning I woke up bleeding.

I am going to assume miscarriage...but wow. Why? Literally right after a positive blood test.

I miscarried back in June as well. This time I am not cramping or anything though.

Is it even possible to bleed while pregnant and the baby is still fine?

See that happened to my sister she thought she miss carried so she went to the doc an the doc told her she wasn’t sure so she told her to come back a week later and sure enough she was still pregnant and baby was healthy as ever

yes it is possible. some people have what is called a subchorionic hematoma which can cause bleeding and most of the timw goes away on its own. prayers to you!!

update: I went to another hospital to see why I was bleeding.They found nothing in the ultrasound. But the blood test they did was positive as well. So either I miscarried, or I am so early on that it's not visible.

Yes and maybe you need to be put on progesterone. call your doctor asap
