So my bf of almost a year now is a Marine, he just recently started talking about marriage and me moving with him to Texas... (I’m home in California) I’m 19 (almost 20), I had prior plans of enlisting in the military myself until just recently. Because that would be mean we would be apart for almost another year because we would be in different branches. We spend the week of Christmas-New Year together when he was home for the holidays and he was telling me how great of a mom I would be, a great wife, and travel partner.. I am so in love with the thought of traveling the world with him and having a family one day and being able to experience that lifestyle, but should we give it more time? Is it too soon? He gets so enthusiastic when he talks about us being together and doing these things, I am so happy that he wants that with me but am I being scared because it’s a bad idea or do these decisions take a lot of time to set in..?

Any advice would help. Please.
