How successful is the 2nd round of Clomid

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis back in 2013, was told I will probably never have children, had a miscarriage Dec of that year, got pregnant the VERY next month, and now have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. We have been trying since she was 6 months old for another, with no luck. In the last year 1/2 I have been having a lot of trouble with periods. I can count on 1 hand how many times I've had a period since my daughter was born, and we all know, you need a period to get pregnant. Well last year, I was also diagnosed with PCOS, and my Dr put me on Metformin in October, since then I have had a period, not only every month, but on schedule, for the first time IN MY LIFE. Last month he started me on Clomid, I'm on my second round this month. I reallllly hope this works soon, so my family can be complete !
