Work outs

Hey so 5 wks pregnant with my 3rd. I didn’t really exercise with my 1st and with my 2nd I jogged as far as I could up till 24 wks when I just felt to big and hurt to run. But I’ve just worked really hard and lost 20lbs or so and don’t wanna gain more than 15 lbs. with my first I was 165 before baby and at delivery I was 215!!! Got down to 180 and then went back up at the last min with my 2nd to 215. I’m now 175 and don’t wanna gain that much again. I would like to

try and work out as much as I can with this one and stay “fit” so it’s not as hard to bounce back.. I currently jog 2 miles twice a week and work on core and light weights twice a week. I won’t be able to do my core work out anymore being it was sit ups leg lifts and stuff like that. What else could I do? Does anyone have a good pregnancy work out plan that I can try?! I plan on trying to continue to jog as far as I can and then walk whatever I can’t or do the elliptical being I wouldn’t be bouncing. Any ideas are welcome!! I’m looking for anything to try!
