I basically wanted to know how do people forgive? For me it’s been harder to forgive than actually let it go and I’ve been trying. Someone told me the Bible states we should forgive or being unable to forgive has a negative impact on ones self.

My question is for anyone who’s had to forgive or been able to forgive. How did you do it ?
