I will be 9 weeks tomorrow and go to the dr for my first appt on Monday. On and off this past week I have been having lower left abdominal pain that comes and goes throughout the day. I wouldn't really even call it pain, more like a dull ache kinda similar to ovulation pain. My worry at this point is ectopic. I experienced a miscarriage in July right around 9 1/2 weeks so all my hope and excitement is for a healthy pregnancy this time around. Has anyone had similar pain to this? If it were ectopic would I most likely have other symptoms as well?
