I started crying during sex

I lost my little sesame seed just over a month ago at the very beginning of December. I didn’t have any complications, and everything passed naturally. I just finished my first period since and so now I figured it was time to BD again. I wasn’t really feeling it so I just kind of letting my husband do what he wanted. After all the foreplay, I still wasn’t into it. When he told me to get on top, I snapped at him saying “idk what you want me to do!”. Then I just sat down and cried.

I don’t know why. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not ready to try again. Honestly, I have no idea why I did that. I’m looking for advice I suppose.
