wait it out or misoprostol?

we learned yesterday that I my pregnancy is nonviable at 7.5 weeks. didn't progress past about 5.5 weeks. my RE told me over the phone and said she would hope I would pass it in a couple of days. she mentioned misoprostol and d&c; as later resorts, but I was not given the option to choose. later i decided i wanted to get this over with so my husband talked to her about the misipristol. she said to wait until Monday because of the cramping and nausea she doesn't like to offer it right away. now I've been waiting for 24 hours, no spotting or cramping yet, and progressively getting angrier I wasn't given the right to choose after being educated on options. I don't want to wait anymore but am scared of what to expect from misoprostol if I call the doctor on call to insist on it to get the inevitable process started. what would you do?
