Girl or boy?

Question

I have heard some people say that I’m throwing up means that I’m having a boy and some say that I’m having a girl. Idk what to think because it’s my first pregnancy, so can you guys help me out please?

I was super sick - everyone was convinced I was having a boy because of it - and guess what! It's a girl! I do believe that it is possible to have patterns of morning sickness depending on the gender - my grandma had six girls and six boys and she could always tell which one she was carrying from the sickness, same with my sister and her three - but I think YOUR pattern might not be anything like another lady's.  You might get sick from girls, not boys.

I think it could mean anything. I have a 2 year old boy and was nauseous with him but only threw up once and I think I was sick. I have a sister in law that wasn't really sick at all and she has a girl. I have a step mom who threw up the whole time and had a girl. I feel like any amount of sickness can come with any gender.
