Difficulty getting pregnant

Have stopped taking birth control all together since early last year. I am someone with irregular periods without the bc. Had two miscarriages (while taking bc). I am 30 and I want to have a baby already. Been trying but no luck. Had tests done first testosterone level was high but now it’s normal and my ovaries are slightly enlarged. Nevada insurance doesn’t cover fertility services so with just consultation, the price is almost 300 dollars. Any suggestions? Anything helps!
